Check Out Our Tumbling Classes
Our tumbling program is the perfect place to start if you’re looking for something fun and challenging for your child. Our athletes work at their own pace and individual skill level during our 60 - minute beginner classes.
Our safety-certified instructors teach by using drills and spotted skills. Each class starts with a group warm up followed by stations where we use drills to teach muscle memory and flexibility to our athletes. They get one-on-one time in each and every class with an instructor working spotted skills. We always have homework (safe drills) our athletes can be working on between classes to help them achieve their goals.
